Crew Pacific in partnership with the Australian Butler School is proud to announce an industry first training initiative to deliver a three week Super Yacht Steward/ess training to Luxury Estate Service course.

Working on International Super Yachts is vastly different from working on land however many owners expect their crew to transition seamlessly to delivering excellent service in both their private Luxury Estates and Super Yachts. With a combined industry experience of more than 25 years, Crew Pacific and the Australian Butler School know what is required to succeed in the luxury service sector at sea and on land.

By combining an 8 day Internationally Recognised Super Yacht Steward/ess course with a 7 day Luxury Estate Service course, students will have the benefit of both land and sea based training provided by two organisations recognized Nationally and Internationally as leaders in their fields. 

About the Australian Butler School

• Eight Day Super Yacht Steward/ess course- consists of Eleven modules
• Seven Day Luxury Estate Service Course – consists of Eight modules

Students may complete either the full course or either components. Students wishing to attend only the seven day luxury Estate service course must have prior super yacht experience.

A separate statement of attainment will be issued for each course.

What is the Super yacht Steward/ess and Luxury Estate Service course about?

Welcome to Crew Pacific's and Australian Butler’s Internationally Recognised Super yacht and Estate training course. This is the first Super Yacht and luxury Estate service course to be developed in the world. This course has been specifically designed and tailored for the Super Yacht and Private Estate service industry.
The course is ‘Internationally’ Recognised by several International Crewing Agencies around the world, including Crew Pacific and Australian Butlers who will assist you into full-time employment.

This course is aimed at those with and without previous knowledge and experience in the Super yacht and Private Estate service industry. This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to be a Super Yacht Steward/ess and Private Estate manager.

Where is the Super yacht Steward/ess and Luxury Estate Service course held?

The Super Yacht Steward/ess and Estate Service Course is held in Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia, the hub of the Super Yacht industry in Australia.

The course will be held at Crew Pacific’s training venue 22 Minnie Street, Cairns, Australia

After I have completed the Super Yacht Steward/ess and Luxury Estate Service Course what do I get out of it?

• A comprehensive Training Manual is supplied at the start of the Super Yacht Course and upon Course completion you receive a Certificate of Competency. 
• You will be supplied with a list of the Recommended International Crewing Agents who recognise the Super Yacht Steward/ess and Estate Service course which will assist you into future employment around the world. 
• You will have the knowledge and tools to assist you into future employment aboard an International Super Yacht. 
• You will receive on-going support, advice and employment opportunities from both Crew Pacific and Australian Butlers after completion of the courses.
• You will automatically become part of Crew Pacific’s and Australian Butlers’ database for future employment.
• You will receive detailed handouts covering all modules of the Estate service course. 
• You will receive a Statement of Attainment issued by the Australian Butler School.
• You will be eligible to undertake the full 4 week butler training course at a discounted rate.
