A CHEF REQUIRED FOR A PRIVATE GREAT BARRIER REEF ISLAND
A new luxury resort in the Whitsundays is in search of a top-notch Chef who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the culinary department and collaborates effectively with the rest of the team. Reporting directly to the General Manager and as part of the management team, one of the key functions of the position is to foster a positive team culture and promote employee engagement.
You will be required to live on the island, & accommodation provided.
A minimum experience or 3 years in the capacity in an upscale property or Superyacht with a passion for local, seasonal, organic ingredients and wholesome innovative cooking. Familiarity of island resort operations is an advantage but not necessary
Private ISLAND in the Whitsundays
A Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course from an accredited educational institution
