A TEMP OR FULL TIME SOLE CHEF REQUIRED FOR 35M MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE/CHARTER) (AUSTRALIAN FLAGGED)
A qualified temp or full time SOLE CHEF IS required for a 35m motor yacht, (Private/Charter). Australian owners. Yacht will be in Perth and will run with up to 5 crew.
The head chef is required to be mid 20-40’s had at least 1-2 years as a Head chef (sole chef) on a similar or larger size yacht. Have strong skills in provisioning, menu planning. Be clean and tidy, well organised in the Galley at all times. Have an outgoing and flexible personality, be able to work in a small team environment at all times. Must be good with young children. Must be Australian/New Zealander and able to work in Australia. Preference is given to those based and living in Perth (due to covid-19) however open to crew within Australia and are prepared to live in Perth.
Must be a NON-SMOKER – OPEN TO EMPLOYING COUPLES
STCW95, tender license and be able to drive a tender properly is a bonus. At least 1-2 years’ Experience in the industry is required. Must be able to cook good “High standard food” – European Italian, Asian, Australian cuisine, & sea food. The family enjoys light, healthy, high quality, and well-presented meals.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary / SEASONAL HOWEVER COULD LEAD TO FULL TIME
SALARY: $80 to $95,000 AUD taxed + Super + Holiday. Salary is pending on experience.
