A 100M+ MOTOR YACHT (NEW BUILD) IS SEARCHING FOR SEVERAL DECKHANDS (PRIVATE & FOREIGN FLAGGED)

YACHT INFORMATION:

A 100M + motor yacht (private) is currently searching for several deckhands to join their crew of 30. The yacht is in the final stages of the build and to be fully crewed by the beginning of December. The yacht is ideally searching for deckhands that have 6 months + experience in the super yacht industry, however open to green crew that bring additional skills onboard and are career minded and want to provide longevity.

Need to be a fit and healthy person that likes keeping fit. The yacht does have a crew gym on board along side great crew facilities.

The yacht is open to both male and female deck crew.

The additional skills that are required:

• Strong fishing, diving, all water sports
• Strong tender driving skills as large tenders are on board.
• Strong watch-keeping skills
• A carpentry, mechanical, trade is helpful.
• Need to be a hard worker, be well presented and a good team player.
• Prepared to provide longevity and is career minded.
• Strong eye to detail and strong exterior maintenance skills
• Discretionary training budgets and bonuses are open to long standing crew.
• True NON-SMOKING/VAPING crew!

ITINERARY:

Caribbean Season then onto Mediterranean season

QUALIFICATIONS:

STCW95/10, b1/B2 visa advantage if you hold this, ENG1 or AMSA medical, must hold yacht master offshore, deck rating certificate PBL2 (strong tender skills) Must like Surfing, Fishing and Scuba diving skills.

START DATE: immediate start in Europe.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Full time

SALARY: €3,000 + PER MONTH pending on longevity in previous roles, qualifications, and experience. With 60 days’ worth of leave a year
