A DECKHAND REQUIRED FOR 63M MOTOR YACHT (PRIVATE & FOREIGN FLAGGED YACHT)

YACHT INFORMATION:

A 63M+ motor yacht is currently searching for a DECKHAND in their mid-20’s to 30’years of age. The candidate needs to have at least 6-12 MONTHS experience as a deckhand on similar size yacht.

• If you have boatbuilding or carpentry skills/qualifications this would be an advantage to you.
• Strong tender driving skills is required, strong maintenance skills.
• The yacht likes to see commit and longevity.
• The yacht has multinational crew on board and great owners. Candidate needs to be fully vaccinated.
• Strong waters sports skills are a bonus.

• 13^th bonus check every December. 35 days holiday for the first year and then 65 days or 5 months on and one month off from the second year.

The yacht runs on the deck side of things the following: Leading 3 deckies and 1 bosun. This yacht is a great career yacht, longevity is important. Long standing crew do get rewarded, training incentives are provided.  Crew need to be healthy and fit and healthy group fitness activities are a regular occurrence. Non-smokers/non-vapers only.

QUALIFICATIONS:

STCW95, yachtmasters, PBL2, ENG1, B1/B2 visa, Diving, enjoyment of all watersports are well received.   A hard worker, team player with a good sense of adventure. Jet Tender Driving experience would be an advantage as all tenders are jet drive.

ITINERARY:

Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean for the winter and then world cruise

SALARY:  $3500.00 USD this is depending on experience, longevity, and qualifications from previous yachts
